We are looking for a support person for the Restorative Justice Co-ordinator in Dunedin. This role is a blend of referral management and administration support and certainly has variety. For example, receiving referrals from the court, police diversion, or other referral sources; attending court in Dunedin and Alexandra; discussing Restorative Justice with victims and offenders to determine if the referral is appropriate; maintaining databases; ensuring relevant information is communicated internally to Restorative Justice Facilitators.

About the role

• 20 hours per week
• Salary range $51,330 - $67,219 pro-rated to hours worked
• Occasional travel is required to attend court in Alexandra

About you 

• Knowledge of processes associated with the Restorative Justice programme
• A highly developed ability to work with people from a variety of backgrounds and cultures
• Proven organisational skills and administration experience
• A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 
• Current driver licence
