Anglican Family Care is delighted to have received a $24,000 grant from The Trust Community Foundation.

This grant will enable us to continue to support our intensive and early intervention work with vulnerable families in South Otago.

In the past few months Anglican Family Care has received other grants including a MediaWorks Foundation grant for an awareness-raising radio campaign.

Director, Nicola Taylor said “Being acknowledged for the hard work we do with families is very rewarding. I think it is a testament to our staff and services to receive this support and we are extremely grateful. We are currently working with over 77 families in South Otago and, with a waiting list for most services, it is evident that support services are very much needed in the community. Grants such these are very important to keep these services running.”

Anglican Family Care is a social services agency that has served the people throughout Otago since 1970 by providing a range of professional home-based services and programmes to children, young people and their families.
