14 years; six years on the frontline before moving into Team Leader role

What inspired you to pursue a career in social work/family care?

Wanting to ensure babies had the best start in life which requires a need to support and whākamana positive parenting.

What do you find most rewarding about your work?

Knowing pēpi and tamariki remain at the centre of the work and that they have someone advocating for them and amplifying their voice and position in the world

What do you get up to outside of work? What hobbies or activities do you enjoy doing?
