“Counselling gave me the tools to help myself, and move from feeling pretty low to being able to face each day with more optimism. Until I started counselling, I didn’t realise how much stress I was under and how this affected my three young children. Life can be chaotic and demanding, but I realised that spending a little time for myself has helped me and my family tremendously.
